We start to receiving paper submissions steadily in last few days.We also received a number of enquiries about the paper submission as many authors already encountered some problem for uploading their papers into the submission system.  

The problem is usually due to the foreign language/characters/symbols mismatch which will be rejected utomatically by the submission system if not fit. Any submitted paper must match the exact format that is has already been defined by IEEE Publication Office.

We have already contact IEEE Publication Office to provide us the software IEEE Express so that author can check his/her paper format for satisfying the required standard.

In the meantime, we advise the authors to send us their the problematic papers so that we can get them corrected and send back to them for submission.
